Formations designed, fabricated, and installed 12,500 square feet exhibits in the museum’s main gallery and factory exploring the colorful history of the Louisville Slugger—the official bat of Major League Baseball. Interactive experiences, touchable objects, and audiovisual moments highlight the museum’s priceless baseball memorabilia. Visitors can take a good look at Babe Ruth’s 1927 bat, along with one from Joe DiMaggio’s legendary 56-game hitting streak. They can take a swing with Louisville Slugger bats used by baseball greats including Hank Aaron and Roger Maris. Interactive exhibits allow visitors to unlock and uncover significant artifacts including player contracts, rare photographs, and much more.
