Near the border of the United States and Canada, Voyageurs National Park encompasses a vast waterway network that was traveled extensively  during the height of North American fur trade. Exhibits at Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center focus on plants and wildlife of the area, and the influence the area has had on people since the Ojibwe Indians were its primary inhabitants. Lifelike sculptures, thought-provoking interactives, and audiovisual elements inspire visitors of all ages to appreciate their national park.
