Doug knows that, without precise budgets and realistic schedules, a flawless design can quickly run amuck. That’s why he uses his nearly 20 years of experience in exhibit estimation, fabrication, and installation to ensure quality control in all Formations projects. Working closely with other Formations personnel and subcontractors, Doug ensures timely deliverables, maintains schedules, and enforces budgets to make sure every project is a success.
